Yacht Detailing & Polishing
Yacht detailing, surface restoration and polishing by our own experienced specialists, with mobile teams available across Europe by prior arrangement.
Master Ocean provides yacht detailing, cleaning and polishing services for exterior and interior surfaces. All work is carried out by our own specialists with practical experience in yacht surface care, repair and maintenance.
We assess dull finishes, oxidation, staining, swirl marks and light surface scratches before selecting a suitable treatment. The approach depends on the surface material, the condition of the existing finish and the results that can reasonably be achieved.
Our services include hull and superstructure washing, gelcoat polishing, polishing of suitable painted surfaces, and targeted surface correction where the condition allows. We also clean and polish stainless steel fittings, clean glass and treat water spots where appropriate for the material.
Interior detailing can include cleaning of cabins and saloons, upholstery and leather care, and cleaning of wood, decorative panels and other finished surfaces. Products and methods are selected according to the material and its condition. Teak cleaning is carried out using methods suited to the deck’s condition and existing treatment.
Before machine polishing, we inspect the surface and carry out a test area where needed. The level of correction is agreed in advance. Deep scratches, cracks, failing paint or damaged gelcoat may require a separate repair rather than polishing alone.
Wax, sealant or other protective treatments can be applied where suitable and included in the agreed scope. We discuss the available options and their maintenance requirements before application.
Our mobile teams travel to your yacht across Europe by prior arrangement, working at its berth or in a shipyard. Access, water and power availability, weather conditions and any requirements for scaffolding, lifting or haul-out are reviewed before starting.
We define the areas to be treated, agree the scope and prepare a quotation and schedule. Surrounding fittings and sensitive surfaces are protected during the work. Additional treatments, repairs and costs are submitted for approval before proceeding.
After completion, we inspect the treated surfaces for finish quality and any remaining defects within the agreed scope, and provide practical aftercare guidance.
Send us your yacht’s make, model, length, location and photographs of the surfaces requiring attention. Include your priorities and preferred completion date to request an assessment.
